Your Website is pure , gleaming treasure for those of us who can only see Minnewaska
from afar or from memories . And Mr. Lewitt 's devotion to the task of gathering and presenting
these riches for just such people is simply breathtaking .Indeed if any man can be said to be
Mr. Minnewaska in the flesh it is certainly this man . His photographs are superb !!!
As to the vintage photographs of those grand edifices which once overtowered the Lake ,
it is good to remember that we have more reason to rejoice than to grieve . For what were those
places afterall but temples of luxury built to accomodate and pamper only the rich .
